- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour (alt: almond flour)
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large strawberries
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper. Flatten cookies or form into shaped using a cookie cutter
Bake in the oven at 350F degree oven for about 12 minutes until the edges start to golden.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
