Guilt-Free Frozen Hot Chocolate

 

This smoothie is everything. It’s low sugar. Super nutrient dense and tastes like heaven. I’m not going to describe it any further, just get all the ingredients and make it NOW! Seriously. Right now.

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1 cup coconut water

1/2 banana (fresh / frozen)

1/4 avocado (fresh / frozen)

1/2 cup almond milk (nut milk or choice)

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 heap tbsp almond butter

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

sprinkle of cinnamon

add all the ingredients to the blender and blitz for about 30 seconds. Add ice or more coconut water if needed until you get desired consistency. Pour into a bowl / cup add toppings in you wish and slurp up!!
