Immunity boosting eggs

Ingredients

+ 6 eggs (2 per person)

+ 1 onion (chopped)

+ generous pour of favorite cooking oil

+ pinch of salt & black pepper

+ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe

  1. Cook the onion in oil and spices until soft and golden brown.
  2. Add the eggs. Scramble until cooked through.
